How low can you go?

I stopped at 7-11 this morning for my usual coffee and doughnut fix. As I came out of the store I noticed a parked car from which was issuing loud music. There was no driver in the car yet the radio was cranked way up. I also noticed that the drivers seat was in a fully reclined position. I have seen this phenomenon before but this was the first seat I have seen that was fully horizontal. How anyone could operate a car with the seat in that position is beyond me. Why anyone would want to drive a car while lying down is also beyond me. I guess this is an attempt to be cool or different but how is it cool to drive from such a ridiculous position? Driving like this has to be extremely dangerous to both the drivers and anyone unfortunate enough to be anywhere near these clowns as they try to drive their car with their eyes 2 inches above the dashboard. I am sure it must impress women to see the top of someones head as their car zips by. I wonder what would happen if a car driven by an idiot like this was in an accident. The driver would probably slip under the seatbelt and the air bag would inflate to protect nothing. Maybe this is a good thing as it would insure that the idiot would not live to endanger anyone else again. I hope there are laws against this type of behavior but from the frequency from which I have seen this type of driving I don’t know. I have to wonder what it will take to top this stupidity. Can we expect to see people driving their cars  from the passenger seat next? Who knows.
