A day in the life of a retired blogger.

I have been retired from civil service since April of 2008. I am pretty fortunate as I was able to retire before age 60. What has amazed me the most about retired life is how much you can get done in a day when 10 hours of it aren’t spent working for the man. At the risk of boring anyone who reads this I wanted to detail an average day for me.

There have been a spate of stories in the news recently in which autistic children and their parents have supposedly been discriminated against due to the child’s autism. Let me say right now that I have a seventeen year old autistic child so I am as much an expert on autism as any other parent
